time between NVC approval and scheduling an appointment in Morocco

Hi everyone, 

I just want to know how much time should we wait after we get approved from NVC to schedule an appointment  for us , we got approved May,22, 2020 and we are still waiting for our appointment  and is there anything we can do or just wait?

Hi,

 

It will take a bit of time, after the embassy opens.  First they will schedule those that had their interviews cancelled, then it will schedule everyone who had their case complete from March 14 to your case complete date.

NVC and the embassy will schedule your interview for CR1 / you do not and can not schedule it

an email will come to the ID given by the USC on the application informing them of what is expected (scheduling dr appointment and needed originals to bring to interview)

 

Do a timeline and ID your country on there and VJ community here will help with all your quesitons/ you're going to have more

 

But like said above,  the embassy,  at this time is not interviewing 

and when they resume interviews,  they have to first do all those that were cancelled and at the embassy

then there is a backlog of cases already at NVC 

then there are the new DV lottery winners which usually start the interview process this time of year and are also on hold

you have to just wait as there is nothing you can do
