Hi everyone, I sent my Form I 751 and in part 5

I marked that  my daughter was applying with me,  her green card expired on the same day as mine, my daughter is 20 years old but when I applied for the first green card she was 17. Yesterday I called USCIS to find out why  my Extension Letter did not arrive (Form. was sent on April 22) the attendant told me that I had to have filed out  a separate form. I751 to her. Someone  who applied with a child  can tell me if does this proceed?  I'm worried.

If USCIS told you she needs a separate form, file a separate form. I thought only 14 and under children should be included with the parent.
