Hello. We submitted all documents to NVC on 26th July, yet when I check the ceac visa status site, it says i need to submit documents. I've included a screenshot of what it says below. Does NVC acknowledge receipt of all documents submitted (i got a message of receipt after submitting civil documents but not for AOS documents)? How do I know my case is being reviewed?

This is what my case is still showing, after I submitted everything a couple weeks ago, and most of my submitted docs have even been accepted by NVC (which means they looked through them!). I also called them, and they have confirmed that they received everything and that I don't need to send anything in by mail/email. Maybe call them to get some peace of mind, but I wouldn't stress about it :)

Wahoo got DQ'd yesterday! Sent my documents 07/23. It's all happening so quick!

Congrats!

I submitted RFE docs on 7/23. Your dates make me hopeful they will do a second review soon, followed by DQ!

Thanks for your response, I guess I can relax now😊😊. Hopefully, we'll hear some good news soon

Friday 7/24 I received an email to check ceac website for a message. Logged in see that there was no new messages! I submitted everything 7/15 and realized that they accepted all my documents except for my i-864 on 7/24. There was no response just rejected. I called the NVC right away and they said that email was automated and I should receive a follow up email explaining what to do. Today 7/28 I decided to call them again because I haven’t received any further instructions and they said I was went the wrong email and my case will be sent to a supervisor and I should hear back within 6 weeks. 🥴

Did they say that all your documents were accepted?

We submitted July 17th so almost two weeks ago and it says the same thing as shown in your screenshot. Did it change for you?

It's still the same. I'm guessing it's a system error or something like that.

How long did it take for you guys for nvc to accept your documents after submitting them?
Its been almost two weeks for us now and I didn’t get any email

There really doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason behind how long it takes the NVC to get to your case -- some get approved within a couple hours, while some take a couple weeks or months. While it does seem that cases have been processed faster lately, 2 weeks is still nothing to worry about.

Is it fine to "Submit" the AOS portion before even the IV portion payment is still "IN PROCESS"? Or should i have waited to submit both AOS and IV parts around the same time frame?

Most people seem to submit everything around the same time, but it's fine to submit separately. In some cases the NVC has looked at the submitted document before all other parts are submitted and sent emails saying that the submission is incomplete, but when you submit all the documents they will look at your case again.
