Case document review note!! Unable to read case update messages in the CEAC system!!!

Today I just receive the email titled "Notice Regarding Your Immigrant Case ".

 

However, when I logged into the CEAC system to check the update, it showed all the documents that I uploaded to NVC have been accepted, but I cannot open the "new message" session. It only has a message titled as "case docunent review note". I do not know whats going on and how can I process the next steps. Does this mean more documents are needing or they request a co-sponsor? How can U figure out my case update? Thank you so much for helping out!

Try this, click on the tile of the message ONLY ONE time and wait for the content showing. It's very slow sometime it takes up to 10 mins. If you keep clicking on it, it will be even longer. It happened to me too, I learn it the hard way. Hope this help
