IMBRA waiver templates (or lawyers)

Hello,

I need to add an IMBRA waiver request to add to a K-1 application, and I cannot find any templates or samples online.

Are there any useful examples online?

If anybody has done it and can message an example to me (redacted for privacy of course), would appreciate it.

Alternatively, any lawyers that can do such waiver? I asked several immigration lawyers, with no good results.

Thanks!!!

No such thing as a template because everyone's facts and circumstances are unique.   Are you needing a multiple filer waiver?

YMMV

Yes, a multiple waiver request!

Thanks

Which one?  Second in 2 years or 3rd time?

YMMV

Both, 2nd in 2 years and 3rd time, although it might not count since

I recalled the 1st one immediately after filing, and the 2nd is almost 2 years old now, but I still want to do a waiver to be on the safe side.

I simply find more in common with women from the place where I was born.

thanks

For me I read the IMBRA regs and tried to determine the motivation for making the regulation in the first place.  I then assembled all my facts and circumstances and explained the previous filings.  I made sure to characterize my explanation to demonstrate that my facts do not support the reasons behind the regulation and, as a result, I should be granted a waiver

YMMV
