uscis/ nvc Lost my case

Can anyone help 

My Cas was in uscis office but they tell me after I past one year

there's no case under your name and I have request for evidence in October 2019 they sent to me under my name and my wife name and my recent number

did the USC respond to this RFE within the 60 days alloted?

No, they did not reply, and when I called, he told me that the number belongs to someone else and it's not my number

first i am surprised that USCIS would give you, the foreigner,  any info / usually they require the USC to call

and read the sentence 

If you do not respond in the allotted time, the case may be denied.  The regulations do not provide for an extension of time to submit the requested evidence.

 

you must talk to your USC fiancee and find out why she did not respond to the RFE / only she can answer your query

They didn't send i797 or anything else just all what I have as proof Is this paper request for evidence
