Previous year income VS current year income

I'm co sponsoring 3 siblings. Family size is 6 + 3 = 9, and my 2019 income on my taxes was 53k. I had a promotion in December and now my salary is 65k more than enough for a household of 9. I have employment verification letter and six months pay stubs shown this income. I'm also including an assess value of (55k/5 = 11k)

I'm worried that we get an RFE since my last year income was not enough? I'm not sure if one qualifies based of of past year income or current income. Thank you for your time and help.

Current income is king, but past income, work history, etc. are factors the CO will consider in the totality of the circumstances.

Note that the minimum income requirements (https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p) are only that - minimums. Below = no visa. Above = judgement call.

For a household size of 9, the bare minimum to be considered as a sponsor is $60,750 (outside of Hawaii + Alaska). Actually supporting 9 people on $65k may raise public charge concerns.
