Is anyone traveling to see their partner during COVID? My fiance lives in Ecuador and I do have a ticket to see him this September. 

 

What are some thoughts on traveling during covid? Has anyone been traveling? Will they be traveling anytime this year?

Ecuador is in serious troubles with the covid virus 

Not advised to think of traveling there

this virus is about to bankrupt the country

This response might come a little late but might still be helpful. I just got back from visiting my wife for a couple months. I would recommend looking at this https://www.nlarenas.com/2020/05/protocolo-para-ingreso-al-ecuador-desde-el-extranjero/
I found it quite a useful resource for the requirements for entering Ecuador right now. Also keep in mind interprovincial travel is limited last I checked. The US embassy website has useful information as well.
