Got a letter in the mail today, hopeful that it would be regarding the possibility of an interview not being needed or else, but it was just a letter telling me my fingerprints were applied to my case without the need of new fingerprints.

Gotta love a good waste of paper for something they already told me via email/their website.

I also send my ROC docs to TX on 7/29 but only received my NOA1 nothing else shown on the status my case number starts with MSC.. any clue from anybody on this how much time it’s gonna take?

How many months/years are we looking at until RFE/Interview/Decision? My fingerprints were re-used and I have my extension letter.

What service center did you mail your application to?

According to the USCIS Processing Times website. It’s anywhere between 13.5 - 20.5 months at your service center.

I am sorry guys but I have to ask. according to the two pictures attached, I conclude that i do not have to file a separate ROC petition for my daughter since she got her GC the same day as I do. however I do have to pay for her biometrics fees. is my understanding correct? also do i have to pay the 500+ filling fee for her as well or just mine; since it is one petition and she is included as dependant.

please and thank you.

So the grand total in your case is $765.

My application was received on the 9th of July.  So far we have received the text notification and the NOA1 for K2.  We're still waiting for the K1's NOA1.

how did it go with you filing with a dependent? if you don't mind sharing, i would like to know if you file a separate I751 for your k2? and how the fees go? did you send one big check for all of you or each one's check separate.

I have a k2 as well and we received our GC together the same day.

Thanks.
