Still no update yet. This is really upsetting:( my file was received the 13th of July and did not get anything yet !!! No cashing out of check nothing!!!! I called USCIS and they said to wait as they don’t see any update in their system!!! I’m really upset because people sent their forms after me and they all got their NOA and text messages update

I know my friend sent his file early May and received NOA in July. It took very long time

I understand. Mine still nothing so far. Mine was received 1 week after you. I wonder they just pick it up and generate a text and receipt number. How come it take that long? While others only 3 days to have a text or money charged. I felt like mine never been opened/processed. That is bad feeling.

Hi! My package was delivered on 07/22, two days after I mailed it using Fedex

Sounds great. Mine sent by USPS to TX office as well, showed available for pick up 07/22, showed delivered on 07/23 early morning. I hope I can see they cash my checking account soon, since I forgot to sign up Enotification. 😂😂

I always believe I have good luck, thank you for sharing.

This is not first-come first-serve process. I felt unfair for those took longer time for this.

When it comes to USCIS I've always sent money orders instead of checks or credit card info and since it is prepaid I've consistently seen faster processing of the fee and NOA. No time needed for the bank to clear the check etc.

At the end of the day, this process is not one size fits all, we send to multiple different locations and then the case is sent to a different local office/service center and we have different files, different proofs, different circumstances so this will obviously not be a situation where it's processed in any sort of order. The biggest factor is also different personnel/IO working on different cases.

As long as you follow the filing rules properly and don't delay or make haste, I believe we can file and forget about it. Time passes slower when you worry haha.

Congratulations to everyone who's getting their stuff done quickly and I hope you continue to have good luck with the rest of this process!

AOS:

05/23/2018:     Sent in all four forms.

10/10/2018:     Interview at Detroit Field Office - Green Card Approved.

11/10/2018:     Green Card Received (Starting CPR 10/15/2018)

ROC:

07/24/2020:     Packet sent.

03/25/2021:     ROC Approved

03/29/2021:     Green Card Received

N-400:

07/17/2021:     Online Submission. NOA and Bio Reused 07/17.
10/20/2021:     Interview Scheduled for 12/03

01/12/2022:     Oath Ceremony

I just received my NOA with 18 month extension. I'm so glad no RFE 😀

July 6 - Packet sent

July 9 - Packet received

July 15 - Credit Card charged

July 17 - Text Notification received

July 30 - NOA received (Notice Date: July 21)

Thanks for sharing this. We are going to mail our paperwork tomorrow and now my main concern is how long it's going to take to receive the extension letter. I have no idea what the agency's situation is like with COVID and employees etc. Your timeline isn't too bad so that gives me hope haha.

You're welcome. This is what this thread is for.

I was impressed how soon I received the extension letter.

Prior to sending my packet I have been following the April 2020 I-751 Filers and a bunch of them didn't receive their extension letter until 2 months later.
