We did sign the file 2 days earlier than the 90 days period and don’t think it matters as long as they receive the file within the 90 days. Then again I’m not sure either:(

I do not think so. My previous checks showed up on my bank account's transaction statement right after being deposited.

I think you are right. So far I saw 2 people took them 13-14 days to get text/money charged. But most people 3-7 days. I think I and you have to be patient more. Lol.
