Hi all,

My wife (US Citizen) and I both reside in the US. I'm on a N2 visa.

I went through Boundless for my application, but they now told us they can't represent us because my visa has special 'rules and restrictions' regarding AoS. I can't find ANY information that in my situation I'm required to do anything more or less than any other regular applicant.

So;

I-130

I-485

I-864

and I-944?

Anything else I should be aware of? Otherwise I'm going to go ahead and submit everything myself.

Thanks!

Some visa categories are barred from adjustment of status, while others have special conditions attached.  Here is one such explanation:  https://visaguide.world/us-visa/nonimmigrant/international-organizations-nato/

Here are two visas that I found that are N visas:

1.  N (Parents and Children of Certain People Who Have Been Granted Special Immigrant Status)

2. Nato visa

Are either of these your case? If you are on a Nato visa I would look at the link that @Lucky Cat posted and it will tell you whether or not you can adjust.

It's a NATO-2 visa. The link from @Lucky Cat talks about AOS for these categories if you want to change it on basis of your (previous) employment. Obviously I would apply for a GC through marriage to US citizen, I just happen to be in the US. It's such a niche.

Well hopefully you’re working with your employer (NATO) so they can check directly with Department of State whether notification is required before you can AOS at all. Do your due diligence.
