On Feb 02/10 /2020 my husband i130 was reaffirmed by uscis. They sent me a reaffirmed notice. Stating petition was sent to Nvc for consular processing. On Feb 12,2020 , uscis online status changed to on Feb 12 NVC returned your petition to uscis for further review. If you have any questions about the petition call the NVC ( pure BS). Since Feb 10  until today 28 Jun 2020 my case is no where to be found.  NVc are saying they never received it from USCIS.  Uscis are say it was sent to NVC feb 10 .. I have been calling both offices back to back to no avail.  Please can someone tell me what is going on. Has anyone been through this before
