Police made several arrests after a group of Black Lives Matter protesters marched through a Beverly Hills residential neighborhood Friday night.

“Videos and photographs of the mob flooded social media as they shouted various messages throughout the residential neighborhood and tore down American flags,” the Daily Wire reported.

Human Events Managing Editor Ian Miles Cheong shared footage of protesters shouting “Eat the rich!”:

Lots of good videos in the link.

Celebs being the major contributors to setting this trash movement in motion, would be fitting if they got their neighborhoods and homes trashed rather than the low income minority ones celebs seem perfectly okay with.

I think it was Tuker C that predicted all this would last until a couple of elite liberals are attacked and homes burned, at the police dont respond .

I am firmly convinced most of this is now not about equality and about racial hatred of white people

This afternoon we drove down Santa Monica Blvd in Beverly Hills, right where the protests were. It looked... exactly as it always does. We also got cut off by someone in a blinged-out G-Wagon who of course didn't use her turn signals, which is also normal in BH. :P

There's some non-hysterical reporting from our local news stations and papers about what happened. With the exception of the "suspicion of arson" (since found out that was someone trying to light that flag on the side of the Beverly Hills Courier on fire but from what I could tell failed) and the dumb tearing/shredding of the BH Courier flag (unacceptable imo), the news on the ground here is that this protest was pretty peaceful if noisy. People were arrested for breaking an ordinance for when and where and how loud they could protest, leading to the protest being deemed an unlawful assembly. The vast majority of the arrests (every one but one -- the guy who tried to light the flag on the front of the newspaper building on fire) were for breach of the peace.

Breitbart's old offices are very near to probably my favorite branch of Kreation Juicery pre-pandemic, because it had (1) a bar (2) good drinks specials and (3) a couple of hot waiters. :P Their new ones are in BH.
