Hello everyone hope ur all ok keeping safe with your families. Quick question how long does the process take to bring a sibling here in the US ?has anyone done it please share ur process thank you in advance

For most countries, it has been 14 years. This may get longer in future. Mexico and Philippines much longer (19-22 years). Basically file i130 for the sibling and you all get on with your lives until the point years down the line when the priority date is close to becoming current and they are called for documents etc.

If you are still in the AOS process you are many years from being able to apply for siblings. There’s every chance the category won’t even exist by then. Focus on your own case for now and when you become a USC you can re-visit this possibility.

Yeah true thank you I don't know why it takes so long the process though.
