I submitted N400. Received the I-797C. I paid $725. I think I submitted documents for both myself and my son. Just want to make sure whether I need to fill it out separate application for my son or it's same application for whole family?

Applications are for individuals. If your son is under 18 (and has a green card and is in your physical and legal custody) he will automatically naturalize when you do - no need to fill in another application form. If he is over 18, or will turn 18 before you take your oath, then he will need to fill out his own N400 form.
