Perhaps You might know where I can get travel history

Personally I’ve always kept track of my travel history. You stated your trip was “a long time ago” yet 5 years wasn’t really that long ago lol..

To add, do you know at least the month and year? You can just use an estimate. imo it's fine if the trip is estimated as long as you're nowhere close to breaking the physical presence and continuous residence requirements. You can always tell the IO that that particular travel is just an estimate.

No worries, you can retrieve all your travel histories here:

https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home?utm_source=google&utm_medium=google&utm_term=(not provided)&utm_content=undefined&utm_campaign=(not set)&gclid=undefined&dclid=undefined&GAID=751608861.1592700450

PS. Even though I had recorded my own travel histories, I found a few discrepancies for mine with what is recorded by CBP.  Say, if you have a multi-leg flight with first one being a dometic one and then a day change in between. I know it might be not be that important, but I ended up using the CBP records to not raise questions.

Got you, yes, if the border control does not register your passage (which they might not do if you look like white:), there is no record (I believe). I was often even taken to the "arab room":) so my passages were more documented, except for once.
