I’m waiting on my Canadian high school and university transcripts to be delivered for the dreaded i944 form and I’m wondering if I really need the education equivalency for this package or not.

I’ve been scrolling through the threads on here which have helped me a million times more in the past month than all the calls I’ve made to uscis combined, so I figured you would be the right people to ask this question to!

From the comments I’ve seen, a couple people have submitted without the equivalency and had no problems. I just wanted a few experiences and (gentle) opinions on if it’s needed. My i94 is already expired by more than a month and these transcripts have taken nearly a month to come, I just don’t want to keep feeling like I’m risking being deported for another week or two while I wait for people to evaluate my credentials if it’s not absolutely mandatory.

Thank you in advance for any and all help you provide!
