Dears, sorry this is the second post for the same issue.

For the Joint Sponsor.

I have form W2 for 2019,2018,2017. And Form 1040  for 2019,2018,2017.

Also I have his Green Card, Driving License, social security Number, and work card scanned copies.

Is there anything else should I got for his part.

Besides, my wife does not work at all Is it normal to set her income as zero or should I mention my transfer transitions money in the assets? Plus she receives housing, medicaid, and child support  food stamps for milk. Would That affect the case?

Thanks

Remember to include another I-864 for your wife, and just mark it with zero income. Though she's not sponsoring you, USCIS still needs it

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

If you completed Form I-864I-864A, or I-864EZ submit an IRS tax transcript from the most recent tax year, which NVC can process more efficiently than a copy of a tax return.  Alternatively, you may submit a complete copy of a filed tax return from the most recent tax year.

Organiser hat on ...

please do not post duplicates.

hat off

you received good assistance in your other post to refer to the official guidelines that accompany the I 864. As everybody’s situation is different , only you will know what applies to you and your situation regarding evidence , documentation etc. Answers given by others often reflects their situation .. and may or may not apply to your situation
