last time???

Yep, unfortunately I did this back in 2013, but the woman turned out to be just using me to come to the States. 😢    But I'm giving it another shot!

Be careful. Just curious as to which country she was from?

Philippines, yea I know.  I've been going to the Philippines for 11 years now and I've heard great amazing stories and truly horrific stories.  Just have to be very careful in any relationship, and watch and pay attention for signs,  don't ignore them like I did the first time thinking everything will be ok.  I was naïve!  Not every  woman from the Philippines is bad, you have ppl like that probably from every country, like you said, 'be careful'  😉

I looked at your previous posts and it looks like this is your 4th i-129f petition? Is that correct? Did you have to file an multiple request waiver?

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

Speaking for veterans, it is either a) they met while service member was overseas, and got married. (I’ve met many with Japanese spouses, Marine Corps base there) b) mutual friends of service members who are Filipino.. 😊 Very common in San Diego also. Falling inlove overseas can be so dreamy.

NOA1 date was July 3rd and still haven’t heard anything yet... :( anyone else?

Could be a lot of factors for the extended time.  If you have a copy of your petition, I would review it for any errors; they do intense forensic audits of the beneficiary.

NOA1 July 2nd, still waiting. We submitted an inquiry through USCIS and they replied stating the case was being adjudicated and that we should have an answer within 45 days.. We are very frustrated :(

I have heard that after receiving this message many people have received an answer within the week. Hoping that's the case for you!

Team,  what is the best course of action after receiving the NOA2 approval notice?  I am researching now, but due to these unique times, I was looking for suggestions on next steps.  Thank you in advance!!
