If it makes you feel any better, we’re in more or less the same boat. I’m a UK citizen, just checked the system and an RFE has been flagged. I expect more or less the same type of request even though our initial package was as comprehensive as we could possibly make it.

Yes for proof of bonafide marriage we currently have 

- declaration of how we met : thoroughly explains in detail how we met, how the relationship started and the subsequent visits we had and how we got engaged 

 

- two affidavits of bonafide relationship from petitioner’s parents 

 

- another intent to marry letter from us each with wet signature and recent date 

 

-40 pages of relationship evidence in timeline order includes: flights and passport stamps again, more hotel receipts, gift receipts to one another that shows our names and addresses, numerous photos from our visits, chat logs that mention wanting to marry and be with one another and brief talk on wedding plan, call logs, engagement ring photo 

 

- RuneScape game TOS ( including just in case they need it because we met online) 

 

not sure what else we can add at this point but we are just overloading it now to avoid another RFE 

 

regarding his us citizen proof, we originally had his birth certificate front and back copied but not sure why they’re asking for more proof 

so we’re going to do passport copy and send the official birth certificate copy from usa.gov

My fiance and I also received an RFE today. Got our NoA1 on July 14. A little nervous for the RFE. Hoping this doesn't delay it too long.

Soo many of us with the same NOA1 date! Don't worry. It'll probably be something simple. I received mine on Feb 8 and sent it back the same day. They just needed a document translated. Let us know what the RFE was when you receive it

hello!  We got our NOA 1 on 24 july and a few days ago on 11 feb we receveid an e-mail requesting additional evidence (RFE) . And yesterday on 17 feb we got another e-mail  with post decision activity before we received the mail with the RFE instructions. Anybody knows what that means?? there is a mistake or what?
