Further information can be found here: https://kz.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visas/

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

So it will be a furlough in the end of August ((((((( 2/3 USCIS employees will get laid off . Its really sad 😞

Very curious how it will affect current petitions and how much processing times will suffer 🥴

Would love to get an approved visa in the next 24 months! Lol

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

I have no idea when it may be, and I don’t think anyone else does either. I’m just trying to lower my expectations lol

It looks like some December 2019 filers are just now getting an NOA2 as well.

December has gotten the short end of the stick. While Jan - March have past many of them by. They have been so unlucky. We are rooting for the last of Dec to receive a NOA2 soon.

Yeah I look in the other groups sometimes and some March filers are getting NOA2. So I think it really varies from 5-8 months. You're just lucky if you get it in 5 right now. I really hope the furlough doesn't happen, but it will probably extend the approval time by a lot if so 😔 I don't understand why the government doesn't help at all.

Hey Greenbaum... any new advice from what your seeing on other months?

December has a few stragglers for whatever their reason might be. I hear truly little from Jan and Feb but now March and April are seeing approvals. The going timeline is about 5-8 months with most being completed before 7 months. Of course, there are always going to be the exceptions.

Some Embassies are beginning to process K-1's again. I have seen a few who have interviewed and received their visas.

The USCIS employees are still at their jobs collecting a paycheck. So, how's is the government not helping?

Why is my comment funny?

Because I had responded to something you had written more than 3 weeks ago. It was one of those moments that you smack your forehead with an Oy Vey! moment. Nothing derogatory directed toward your comment. Just me laughing at myself.
