If June is before July and as slow as they are moving Feb or March would be a best guess if that is what you are looking for.

Hey Greenbaum,  I have a non-related question, if I could please ask you.  By chance do you know what the current processing times of a CR1/IR1 is?  I need it for my podcast pls.  Thank you!

If you go up to the blue ribbon and select "processing times" you'll be able to augment your inquiry with results that will answer your question. Keep in mind the processing times are different for each embassy and each individual. Some are forging ahead to process the CR-1/IR-1 where others are sitting on the sidelines waiting for their embassy to contact them. I hope this has been beneficial. BTW you may want to look at the tab next to processing times that would be "immigration timelines" which is another exercise in finding the information you may be looking for. Good luck and stay engaged.

Thank you!  I was worried the processing times for I-130 were not updated.  I looked at that earlier, but just wanted to confirm those numbers are accurate, but I know it's all based on people keeping their timeline updated.  Thanks again Greenbaum! 🙂

My fiance's embassy still isn't even doing K1 interviews. Is anybody else's?

I think my embassy is doing now. In Kyrgyzstan. One of my friend got her visa before covid so it got expired . They called her recently and asked her to redo the medical and come over again.

Did you happen to check your embassy website to see if they are processing K-1?

Check to see if your embassy is processing visas and which ones. If your results return 999 that indicates that they are still not processing that visa type. Your mileage may vary.

It says emergency appointments only. But my friend didn’t put an inquiry. They just called her and gave her K1 visa. I live in the small country, im sure we don’t have many fiancés here. So by the time i be approved , i will get to the embassy with no problem 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Even though the travel.state.gov page says only emergency appointments for my country, in fact they process student visas for a month already. You better check us embassy instagram page in Lima. That’s where they always post info. Or Facebook page.

It's plain to be that they are not processing visas and when they do, they will post it to their website, and you can find the status from the link below. Writing, emailing, texting, and calling is NOT going to change anything. They will do what they need to do not what it is you want them to do. That is the real world. Your expectations are set too high and, in the end, you are disappointed or frustrated. Walk away from checking every hour and concentrate on other facets of your life. Just my two cents.

I don't do any of that. I just told you what the website says.
