Just a preemptive Question regard the level of impact / weight a beneficiaries education level attained has on the decision making for an I-994? (Obviously not overall but as specific to this circumstance)

My fiance and I have just reached the NVC phase of our I-129f w/ NOA2. My fiance previously completed a Bachelors in an engineering field however she only has yet received her Associated Degree. She told me should could make some time and go to the college to obtain her Bachelors Degree (Diploma) but there would be some administration work (or something along those lines) involved, to which she did not elaborate.

Normally she has no desire to go get the document if not required or beneficial.

But since we are soon to start the DS-160 and later the DS-5540 and will be specifying her level of education obtained. It would be nice for those to later match the I-994.

So my question is what is the weight of her education level in determining her public charge acceptability or not, in comparison to everything else required on the form and is it significantly more favorable to have a Bachelors rather than just an Associates Degree?

Say, something like in the Credit score rating system like, High impact / Medium impact / Low impact...... or does it matter at all?

P.s. Though I know the Highest impact is going to be Income, Assets, Health Insurance and probably in that order also, where does Education stack up?

Thanks in advance

Demonstrating that you have an education that goes beyond High School is going to be a positive factor. Just as a BS degree, MS degree and a PHD each having their own impact. Each has a factor that would contribute to the future employment possibility. Other than what is in the I-944, Declaration of Self-Sufficiency no one can say with any certainty what weight that will have on the final decision. It's my opinion it's a small part of the adjudicator's decision. They are trained to evaluate the total picture and render a decision. Currently, we have not had anyone reporting their individual results but that they received their visa.

Would she omit to list her bachelor/not list that she was a student all those years?

Yes, She had planned to omit the portion of obtaining her Bachelors and just state that she has an Associates as that is all she currently has in hand to provide for documented evidence if asked for, since she didn't want to go through what ever process there is to obtain her Bachelors Degree cert.  and after arriving in the US would be virtually impossible to do remotely.

Follow the "do what do will do" philosophy and you will be fine.
