Good day am married to a USC and I got my greencard through vawa because of abuse and my lawyer filed i130 for my two daughters which is under 21 years of age in February and still I have not received any receipt notice yet can anyone tell me how long is the process for my kids to come here they living out side of the US

Did the lawyer file it for you?  Did the check get cashed or credit card charged?  You should contact the lockbox support to verify they processed the petitions.

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well

When did the lawyer file the paperwork? Can they provide a tracking number to verify it was received (and was sent to the correct facility)?

The correct contact would be the lockbox support.  lockboxsupport@dgs.gov

 

USCIS isn't helpful without a receipt number.

 

Well if you end up refiling it get a tracking number and use a G-1145 for each petition.

Average timelines pre-COVID were around 12-18 months for an F2A visa (child of a green card holder). Expect that to grow due to backlogs at the consulates once they reopen (they are generally suspended worldwide right now).

All F2A visas are suspended until at least next year, per an Executive Order issued in April (and expanded + extended a couple days ago). This will likely increase the F2A backlogs further.
