This topic is started to share the status and progress of similar cases of Documents Submission to NVC and waiting for being Documentarily Qualified , after approval of petitions from USCIS .

The concerned VJ members in similar situation may share 1) Date of Docs Submission to NVC and 2) Type of immigration visa applied .

This way all concerned may know the progress of similar cases .

I sumbitted in 7th of march and got  dqed last week, keep an eye on their timeframe, I got DQed only after they passed my date.. so yeah. (My visa type is F3 btw)

We are CR1. We were documentarily qualified May 20, 2020. We have been in queue for an interview appointment since May 20.

DQ last june 18 still waiting for interwiew date,

Dear VJ Members !  I have submitted all documents to NVC in the Ist week of June 2020 for IR-5 visa . I want to know if NVC will review Docs. for IR-5 immigration visa now in view of 22nd June 2020 EO , as usual .

Or otherwise NVC will process the Docs. and declare " Documentarily Qualified " and then Interviews will be put on hold till 31st Dec. 2020 as per the revised EO . What is the status of IR-5 now ?
