Hi

I am working as a temporary worker for Adecco and I am wondering if the periods when I dont have missions are considered as unemployment, especially the periods when I was in the USA (visiting my fiancé of course). I was still signed up with Adecco but i had told them I'd be unavailable for the period of my stay in the USA.

On the same subject, before signing up with Adecco, I was a student and I've made many internships.

Do these count as employment?

Thanks for your help

The G325a doesn't require a lot of detail but your visa application later, will. If it were me, I would list only employment where I was paid. For now, I would show the full period from the time you first signed on with Adecco until the present as one period of employment. If you were not employed before that, simply indicate you were a student and at which college.

Unless you occupation represents a security risk, your employment history is of no real concern, provided you honestly disclose it.

caro06,

I would also show your employment with Adecco this way, on all forms where your employment history is asked for. It should not be necessary to detail each individual assignment. And I would not go into the internships either, just indicate your period of time as a student as pushbrk suggests.
