At which USCIS office will the beneficiary apply for adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident?

Hello All. 

  I am filing I-130 online for my wife.  One of the questions is 'At which USCIS office will the beneficiary apply for adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident?".  How do I answer this?

 

She lives overseas.  I am in the U.S.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

The answer is "Not Applicable".  Then you enter the city where she will interview for the visa.  It's the next question.  She is doing one or the other, not both.
