Hi guys, I've done it before but could you please remind me of what "In care of" is for on the I-864? Do I just put NA there? Thanks!

Thanks, so I wouldn't put "NA" instead?

Also is it true i won't leave any spaces blank? I mean do i need to put "NA" or "None" for everything that doesn't apply to me?

Hey all,

I need to upload my federal tax return to the CEAC website for NVC and I'm not exactly sure which pages to print, scan and upload? There are many pages and i don't want to go over the 2mb limit. Will it just be the form 1040?

I don't have transcripts btw in case you are wondering because i cannot verify my identity online and the IRS doesn't accept mail requests anymore. Thanks!

You upload all pages as well as any accompanying forms (e.g. W2's).

I wish there was something more specific to go off of, turbo tax generated like 50 pages of stuff but most of it is either informational or my state tax forms which i don't include i assume.

Hey all,

I petitioned my previous wife to the US back in 2004. We have since been divorced and she still works. Also she has told me she became a US Citizen already.

I am wondering if this will cause any issues filling out my I-864 for household size. Will the NVC want documentation or anything proving i am no longer obligated to support her because she is a citizen?

I had already mentioned my ex-wife on the I-130 as an alien i previously sponsored and petitioned. Thanks!

You just don’t count your ex for your HH size.

No documentation is needed to prove she is no longer your responsibility.

Good luck!

Many spaces will be left blank.  The new PDF doesn't even let you enter anything in some spaces, after checking certain boxes.  The instruction not to leave anything blank is an artifact from years ago.

It's all of your federal tax return.  None of the summary pages that are not part of the official tax form.  All schedules, W2 forms and 1099's.  NONE of the state return.

That....IS...a complete copy of your federal tax return.

Your X is not a permanent resident anymore, so does not count in your household size.  You ....MAY....be asked for documentation at some point, if your income is marginal.  Otherwise, no worries.

Hi everyone,

I have a wealthy family member i was thinking of asking to be a joint sponsor for my wife in the Philippines. I don't think he can document his income too well but he no doubt has significant cash in the bank.

I am wondering if this would work to meet the requirements for income? I remember reading it should be like 5 times the amount needed in annual income? Thanks!
