Ok.  I went back and re-read your link to Benges, and it still says nothing about Fonda.  

 

Yes, she posed with the Vietnamese.  Yes, she made statements that she could understand why they took POWs after the POWs bombed Vietnam (all accurate, from what I can find).  She was an anti-war activist over an unsavory war.  Like many in Hollywood, they have more money and opinions than good sense.  You know I'm not a fan of anyone who speaks out unfairly against our military, but I still question the hatred surrounding JF.  Kind of smacks of #fakenews.  Hard to tell, since we have to deal only with written opinion pieces from back in the day (though journalists tended to be more honest back then).

I still choose you over her...
