THIS IS KINDA WEIRD...I DID MY BIOMETRIC APPT ON JUNE 12.

I RECEIVED A LETTER DATED JUNE 14 FOR BIOMETRICS APPT (AGAIN) ON JUNE 28

...whats with this????....

I called the toll free number, and the person could not find a reason...she just said

to attend the appt.

TODAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING: CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED

has anyone had any experience with this or shed some light???

Did you also file AOS or just file for EAD?

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

The MSC and code 2 are consistent with the EAD application. Code 2 indicates photo and index fingerprint, those two items used to make the card.

The code 3 indicates photo and index fingerprint for a card plus the set of 10 fingerprints sent to the FBI for background check. If you haven't applied for adjust yet I don't know why you'd get a code 3 appointment, nor do I know why the appointment notice would come from the CSC.

What basis code did you give for the EA application? (a)(9) or ( c)(9)?

On the second biometrics notice, is the case number the same as your EAD case number? If not, what does the online status say when you plug in the number?

2007-04-16: I-485 and I-765 sent to Chicago (My AOS/EAD checklist)

2007-04-17: Received at Chicago

2007-04-23: NOA1 date (both)

2007-05-10: Biometrics appointment (both - Biometrics review)

2007-06-05: AOS interview letter date

2007-06-13: AOS interview letter received in mail

2007-07-03: EAD card production ordered

2007-07-07: EAD card received! (yay!)

2007-08-23: AOS interview (Documents / Interview review)

2007-08-23: Green card production ordered!!!

2007-08-24: Welcome notice mailed!

2007-08-27: Green card production ordered again... ?

2007-08-28: Welcome notice received!

2007-09-01: Green card received!

Done with USCIS until May 23, 2009!

That leads me to my question.

I have a code 3 notification on biometric appointment and guess this is for AOS

But my EAD is send to another office. Laguna Niguel California.

Will I hear from them about an appointment too?

WOW! what was the reason for 3 appts???
Try 3 Biometrics appointments for AOS. I think we have the record!!

First was because they forgot to do my childs fingerprints .

Second time they had wife and childs A#s mixed up.

Third one flew!

Cost me almost $2000 as we have to fly to the Biometrics office.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
