I-130 expedite process

Hi I got my NOA1. I am trying to expedite but I had a few questions.

 

Is there a 48 hour limit to provide supporting documents?

Do I submit all documents via email ?  Or can they ask for wet ink? (I would rather not get international overnight if I dont have to).

Is there time limit or advantage to expediting the request as soon as the NOA1 comes (apart from the obvious saving in time)?

Currently, I (USC) have applied for the I-130 for my wife in Turkey. And I want to try to expedite the I-130.

 

(Sorry for the multiple threads, I tried to delete when I realized it was in visitor, but i couldn't see the option).

Get a hold of the contact center.   Follow the instructions they give you.

When the service center calls you back they will tell you what is needed, when it is needed and how to send it based on what you tell them.   You have to be clear and concise with them to proceed to the next step. You can not request an expedite without the receipt number which is on the NOA1.

Is this not true? Meaning can the format deviate from this?

Are you ready to ask to have your case expedited?  Have you called the USCIS Contact Center? ? ?  That is your first step.  Then someone will call you back from the service center you are assigned to.  You will then discuss the request with the caller and they will determine the next step.  A website does not determine what to send. Follow the USCIS agent's instructions and this is not a USCIS site.  The USCIS agent will suggest what you send and how to send it. It is really that easy.
