Hi VJ members,

I'm a US citizen by birth to foreign parents, and I'm trying to have them immigrate to the US to live in the same country with me. I have a few questions about filling out the online I-130 for parents. I'm choosing to do the I-130 standalone + IV interview at US embassy overseas.

In the online form:

1. Other Information > Adjustment of Status: should I leave it empty? as I don't want my parents to pursue AOS?

2. My mom's application, I don't need to attach the parents marriage certificate, right? Should I do it anyway?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Thanks!! The system was new to me so I was so confused about how to get to the right place.

For those of you who are confused about leaving some answers blank, they give you warning sign at your first click, but if you click next twice, it moves to the next page. Also, note that one section may contain several pages. So make sure you don't miss a page.
