Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On June 19, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

it works!! CSC is great no interviews!!!

only 1 little RFE in the whole process not bad not bad at all :)

we started the i 129 process last may-ish or soo... so to greencard in approx 1 year!!

05/03/2007 I have an unofficial "PETITION APPROVED" ...waiting for confirmation from Consulate

05/07/2007 Received email from USCIS ROME confirming that our petition was approved (why Rome? because we complained to the District Office Rome about the Sub-Office Frankfurt..it took too long for our petition to be approved)...now waiting for the interview letter from the Consulate

its been 1 year exactly since our K1 visa was received at the TSC....

and a long long paper road..

were heading on over to the "lifting conditions forum" to get a head start on things.

to those of you still waiting...
