·         BANK CHECKING showing transfers highlighted.

·         BANK CREDIT showing transactions highlighted.

·         IRS 2016, 2017, & 2018 Tax Return Transcripts

 

EXHIBIT D – Made Estate, Health & Financial Planning Arrangements with Each Other

·         Military Power of Attorney

 

EXHIBIT E – Military Specific Evidence

·         Deployment Letter

·         SGLI Election & Certificate of Coverage

·         Copies of Military ID Card for SPOUSE & ME

·         Copy of Permanent Change of Station Orders

·         Tricare Eligibility Letter for ME

·         Tricare Dental & Medical Cards for ME

·         Deployment Correspondence

 

I don't know what else they could possibly require. I am at loss and scared.

I had RFE too last month, and I sent my response 2 weeks ago. They specifically requested the whole tax return 1040 , W2s, federal ,state , and exhibits .. did they ask ab6the transcripts only? We sent the new 2019 one , in addition to affidavit from third party

Question. We had sent in 2016 to 2018 tax transcripts. At the time in February we hadnt filed 2019 taxes. We have a rfe now. Should we send 2016 to 2018 1040s plus w2s plus 2019 1040 & w2s?

It depends on what they asked for..If they said send Transcript or IRS documents including 1040 w2 and schedules like mine.

So they only got tax returns for 2016 and 2017. They're likely to want to see 2018 and 2019 too.

 

That leapt out at me too.
