Did you include I-944?   They may have selected the wrong rejection reason.

Does the I-944 have to be attached, even tho I have the I-864 with 3 years taxes & enough income??

Yes, I-944 is required for family-based AOS.

The I-944 is about the beneficiary showing they won't become a public charge.

The I-864 is the sponsorship agreement between the US and the petitioner.

You don't need 864/944 for the 130. But you're applying for AOS with form 485, and this form requires both 864 and 944.

DO you REALLY need to send a CREDIT REPORT???

Probably. The credit report should be fairly easy to get (or to get a letter saying that the credit bureau doesn't have any record of you). It should be free online, but it is another 15 pages to print...

We ignored a few items that are time consuming, cost money, and are likely unneeded (certified equivalence of foreign degrees, since we have domestic higher-education transcripts and a house appraisal). Credit reports are easy to include.
