Hi,

We have a question for the I-130. I am currently in the US with a F1 visa, and we are filling concurrently I-130 with I-485, so in the form I-130, page 8, there is a item that says: "The beneficiary is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in..."

So, I am living in Arlington, Virginia, which is just 10 minutes away from Washington, DC. What office I should write there? I'm not pretty sure about this point.

I wrote Washington, DC. Should I leave it like that?

It seems to me that the website does not work... it shows always the same page and no option to introduce a zip code.

Can someone find out which office is for 22201?

Arlington appears to be covered by:

Thank you,

Yes I think Arlington is covered by Virginia - Washington field office in Fairfax, VA; but then, what I should write in that field in the form I-130, Washington, DC? (see attachment). I think that should be ok right?

The USCIS website for looking up processing times of a local field office (https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/) lists it as Washington, DC. So I think that would be fine.

Hi Juan, Good afternoon

Arlington is a county in Virginia... as well as Washington Dulles Airport part the States of Virginia eventhough they are quiet a few kilometers from Washington DC.

So do you mean I should not write Washington, DC in that item?

My family lives in Arlington and they told me their states is Virginia so I don't know. It's not really a big issue the matter of states.
