Hello,

My wife is going to be working in Turkey for US company. What form of payment of wages proof would required required?

My employer is thinking of paying using papal, they are flexible..

I want to show this for a visitor visa

Working in Turkey for a US company being paid by PayPal? Sounds a bit dodgy (almost like a “job” created for the purposes of obtaining a visa), I don’t think that will help much to be honest. Payslip should be a proper payslip generated by the company accounting software showing all details, tax and SS deductions etc, not just a paypal receipt of the final amount. If she’s working remotely none of that matters anyway of course, it doesn’t represent any sort of tie.
And as above, very few consulates even look at such documents. They will look at the applicant’s other applications/petitions of course.

Application asks for you job details, not your Paypal details.

Best,

Seriously?

How many US employers pay their employees with Paypal?

Maybe your employer should look into the legal requirements to pay a person doing work from Turkey.  Including paying the appropriate employment taxes.

It's not that easy to trick the US Embassy for a visitor visa.

The assignment is to open up stores and manufacturing connections in Turkey and Nepal and or India

Seems an interesting job for someone for whose i130 there is a request to expedite for medical reasons. Expect the embassy to pick up on this apparent contradiction.
