Hello guys, so I petitioned for my mom to move here, my husband is in the military and i am currently a stay at home mom so we will be using his income to fill out the AOS, however, i don't know whether i should list my husband as a joint sponsor since we file our taxes jointly or if i should just enter his employment information on the AOS

It has been stated in the instructions.

 

You can include your spouse's income (household member #1) but he will need to complete own 864A. Accordingly appropriate boxes will have to be checked on each form.

 

For clarity, in the end you will have: your current income +his current income =total household income.
