Does any Vermont gets transfer to CSC? or it's just people from Texas?

God, I see that Vermont is the only one not moving or even doing a touch. Still not touch since June.

Betti, don't worry about your trip. Once you have your receipt/NOA1 it says on there that your green card is extended by 1 year. You just need to carry the notice with you on your trip along with the green card and your passport.

I saw yesterday that someone else who was transferred to CSC got an extremely speedy approval - 6 weeks or so from applying. Hope that pattern holds for us all!

Hun, you're not the only one unfortunately. People who have filed with TSC before July 1 are stuck stuck stuck. :( They say it's taking 6 months....we have peeps here on VJ that have been waiting for at least 8-9 and nothing has happened.

My application was delivered to Nebraska on 9/18, I guess I’m hoping like hell that it will be transferred to California?? Two month processing? That is unbelievable.

Are there perhaps any similarities with the people’s who’s files transfer to California? Did they include a cover letter? Have children? Same country of citizenship?

That information would be interesting.

March 2003...AOS Approved

May 2003... Flew to SA. Reapplied for F1. RFE and Finally Approved. 2 year F1 visa in Passport.

Jan 21 2004... Married in Chicago

Aug 2004... Applied for AOS, Petition for spouse and EAD

Feb 2005... Joshua, our little cutie pie is born on SuperBowl Sunday

May 2005... EAD Approved

Dec 17 2005... AOS & Petition approved (2 year green-card received)

Aug 4 2007... Mailed in I-751 = $275 (remove conditions)

Aug 31 2007... Everything returned, filed too early, wrong fee

Sept 17 2007 Refiled to NSC

Sept 18 2007... Delivered by DHL to NSC

March 7 2008... Card production ordered!!!!!!!! 5 months, 2 weeks and 5 days

March 12 2008... Case Status: Approval notice sent

March 15 2008...Green card received in mail...so done with USCIS done for a few years!!!!!! :)

Actually this thread is for people whose AOS was transferred to California and approved without interview,

and who are now removing conditions.

Was your I-485 - not I-751 - transferred to CSC? Were you approved without interview?

Our check cleared the bank yesterday 20 Sept '07.........I looked online at the check and there is a WAC number.....this means CSC right??

Waiting for NOA letter now.....making progress.
