Lets help clear/fix all the mixed answers regarding the K visas and the EO

Most people that answer the phones at an Embassy are not career foreign service officers.  Akin to calling the USCIS mis-information line.  Embassies and consulates are re-opening.  Embassies continued to provide services to American Citizens.  Look at the various Embassy websites for details.

My bad, it wasn’t the embassy. He called to the following phone line (The State Department - Consular Affairs) provided by the US embassy in Peru on their Facebook page.

That is great. There are a lot of mixed messages coming out of London embassy at the moment, regarding why they won’t process K1s. I would just like my visa reissued but can’t get a straight answer.
