Good day!

I just want to ask, so I have 2 kids, my fiancé is going to pass our petition I-129F, we included my kids in the petition but only one of them is gonna be our K2 cause my son doesn’t want to leave my parents yet..so we decide to get him when he’s ready.. question:

1.does he included in the household number in the poverty guidelines?

2.should we include him at the affidavit of support form even he’s not coming with us?

I’m walking through all the forms and steps we need for the future even we just started. Just to make it more clear...

thanks. Godbless

You would only list the one child that is completing the K-2 for the I-134.     The child not completing the visa process now would not be counted.
