Depends on when your embassy opens back up for immigration cases.  They won't "send it" until the embassy tells them they have open appointment slots.  Most have been closed for three months now.  Then when they do open up they will start by rescheduling all of the cancelled appointments, then the cases approved before yours, and then yours.  So, if your embassy opened today and you were recently (within the last month) DQ you will likely get an appointment in 4-5 months.

oh wow, thank you for your honest and insightful response. I guess I was being optimistic with the department of state saying they would be only issuing visas certain visas out now. But your right they are back logged probably. Thanks again :)
