DS-260 Does children info includes overage and who will be the petitioner for derivatives?

On DS-260 do i need to include all my children including those overage and will not accompany me? If yes, there is a question if the child is immigrating with you and if the child is immigrating to the US at a later date, will my answer be NO even if have intention to petition my overage child once i arrived in the US?

Also, i am filling up for my derivatives coming me. Will my father (their grandfather) be their petitioner or it should be me?

There is a little help function on the form that clarifies each question.  Yes you are required to list all children regardless of age, living or dead, etc. You are not a petitioner, you did not sign an i130 etc for anyone, you are the principal beneficiary, Your father is the petitioner for everyone.
