Hi Guys,

Can someone enlighten me about this most recent news about the green card being freeze by the government?
Are AOS filers affected on this as well?

Thanks in advance for the response.

From the link you provided:

The suspension applies to people currently outside of the U.S. and who do not currently have a valid U.S. work visa.

YMMV

These media headlines make it appear ALL Green Cards are frozen.....

At least the source above is about freezing immigration.  Not all visas are frozen.  For citizen's spouses and kids it does not change things.   And certainly it does not have any effect on green cards.

K1/2, CR1/2, IR1/2/4, IH4 = no change (once consulates reopen)
