WOW, someone has the guts to ask others publicly to help him lie and commit fraud with immigration by falsifying old travel documents as “proof” about something which didn’t exist.

Just one more fraudster doing a disservice to other users of Casablanca consulate.

I forgot a very important point..when i do and visit her for first time and do marriage..I will come back home and start paperwork...while the process is going on , I will make couple other visits during this time...not just one visit total...

I think you have not yet read the critical information at this link.  If you have, you know that a one week visit is not going to be long enough to get married, or maybe not even long enough to apply for a marriage license/permit etc.  https://ma.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/marriage-information/

Further, a one week visit is very little time together, so does not really put you in a better position in terms of relationship evidence.  The best evidence is evidence of time spent together in person.  One week mostly spent doing marriage related paperwork, is not even going to give you time to see if things are working between you.

Morocco can and has denied CR1 visas when the 2 people have not spent enough time together to form a lasting real relationship before the marriage

Every person  above has been on this site for long enough to read the Morocco posts and see embassy reviews/  they know what they are talking about.

if you go and marry the 1st time with only talking to the Moroccan for only 5 months (as you will have to explain meeting and how long you have known her) and you marry this time,  you face getting denied

So,  you intend to say traveled there 2 times and met her???? big lie

the next thing you are going to be asked for is chat records (BTW keep them till this is all over as Casa embassy has asked several people to show the beginning communication records)   so,  your chats will show you first start talking on a muslim dating site  5 months ago (not before).  Can you see why a lie leads to more lies?

Morocco even likes to see the couple has commingled fiances which is not usually done till the immigrant comes here and has to do the next immigration steps so be prepared to go the extra mile and a half to prove your relationship is real

If you marry this year,  claim the person on 2020 tax returns in the spring with a W7 form for ITIN

1. same religion so no issues here (as you met on muslim dating site)

2  age difference (should not be over 10 years with the woman as older that's a red flag

3. if the woman can not have children (red flag to Casa)

4.  check out the poverty guidelines for 2020 to see if your income qualifies

5.  Make sure the Moroccan knows the process is long and there is a lot of work to do (in Morocco to marry a USC and for immigration after)

normal (and these days nothing is normal ) was 12 to 14 months from application to interview and then another AP after that (days,  weeks or months) till the visa is granted

and Best to you

we are happy you met someone special and all here will help you with further inquiries just no lies

and make a timeline when you do apply as it also helps VJ members aid you

BTW don't use any engagement photos / just marriage ones

i am sure he has already left as he said thanks for your time  i will not bother you anymore

some just don't like the answers

if you do read this OP a K1  is no longer the fastest way to go in Morocco

most are denied (especially as you talk online only 5 months and plan to spend only 2 weeks to meet in person)

Most K1's in Casa are denied and people end up going back to marry

said many times before

this is not fast, cheap or easy

Your plan to get married in July when you visit may not be possible, as the FBI record you will need to get before you leave takes 8-10 weeks normally, maybe longer because of the virus and lots of government offices working with limited staff or a big backlog of requests.  Without the FBI record you can't get married in Morocco.  That problem plus the high level of scrutiny cases in Casablanca normally are subjected to, and also the common sense of meeting in person multiple times before getting married wherever your love interest lives, suggests that you should hit the brakes a bit on your timeline and plan on making two or three or more trips to spend ample time together before marriage and filing the I-130 petition.  Also have a backup plan to live together in Morocco if the visa is denied if you really love each other and want to be together.  Good luck!

If you are talking about a standard FBI record check where you send in the fingerprint card to receive your records, it takes a minimum of 14 weeks, all of mine have taken 14 to 16 weeks from when I mail the card and money order to them, and I have been doing a FBI record check every January for the past 8 years that I can remember. It's not very expensive but even doing electronic fingerprints doesn't speed up the process much, and your right, with the virus now it may take longer. It has current processing time on their website, I haven't looked lately, but I'll check and post back here. But this past January I mailed the first week of January, and didn't get the envelope until April.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

Does not need to be from FBI

14, An American police record must be obtained from a police department in the state where you last resided or from the FBI BEFORE coming to Morocco.

A Warning to Green Card Holders About Voting

My husband from Iraq and I married on the first visit in Iraq. We spoke for just under a year online and phone/video calls. My first trip i spent 3 weeks. We were married 10 days after my arrival. It was our intention to get married when planning the trip. When i arrived home i began gathering any and all evidence possible( excerpts of our communications and. communications with family and friends showing knowledge and acceptance of our relationship(including a workplace friends congratulations), and the regular stuff too ex. Translated marriage certificate ). I also changed my last name, added him to my health insurance, created a will signed in front of a notary, designated him beneficiary for plans through my workplace, added him to my car/renters insurance. Im not sure if all i sent was necessary but it worked for us.

I would definitely take the advice of more senior members here to heart. This site and these forums are how my husband and I were able to begin our life together here in the U.S. without use of lawyers. The journey was very hard time wise (being apart) but very smooth in the administrative aspect. We never had any RFE and he was in administrative processing for just a short while (few months). He arrived here end of May last year and we had applied in October 2017 (2months after getting married). We now have a fantastic blended family with a newborn daughter who brings us all even closer.

We had things many here would consider red flags but we did our best with all the info provided here and on uscis websites. Most importantly we remained grounded in reality for our expectations and kept our hearts full of hope.

I wish you the very best luck.

That's easy then, have gotten those a few times also, did those in person, only took a few hours, or at the most a week.

You should still have multiple visits prior to filing for Morocco.  Research front loading a petition.

You need to realize that by doing a K1 petition you have only once chance to get it right to get approved at the consulate - very very very hard in Morocco.   If the visa is refused you start all over.   An advantage of a spousal visa is that if it is refused by the consulate it can be, in effect, appealed when it is sent back to the US.

Unfortunately, this plan is in no way more likely to be approved than your original plan.  Please read and research as much as possible about your particular consulate.  It won't be an easy path either way.

K1 is the most expensive way to go as the AOS after marriage in the USA and getting SS # and all other things is long and hard

and USCIS has asked for increase in fees with AOS (adjustment of status after marriage) going from $1250 to over $2000 (suppose to happen in October)

also a K1 in Morocco can be denied (and most are) and people return to marry and do the CR1

K1 now takes a year in morocco to get to interview and many months after in AP (if approved) for security checks
