Hello everyone, my wife (US citizen) filed i-130 petition for me (her spouse) and our petition got approved recently and also our case got forwarded to NVC. I wanted to ask a question related to police clearance certificate. I live in Pakistan, and in here police department gives clearance certificates for each address where you have lived for. In my case I have one current address and one previous address for which I am about to receive the certificates respectively. BUT, I will be moving to my new home on 1st July, 2020 but me and my wife want to upload and submit all the docs on NVC CEAC portal before 28th June, 2020. Now my question is that should I write my new (upcoming) address in the NVC docs/forms or just write the current address? because I would be shifting to a new home 3 days after we submit our docs to NVC for processing.

Also if you suggest me to write the new address on NVC docs/forms, then I can't get police certificate for the new home address because police department issues you certificate for a address where you have lived for at least 2 months :(

Police certificate from Pakistan is not required for consular processing.

"Pakistan does not have a nationwide system to track criminal activities.  Police Character Certificates are available for a fee from District Coordinating Offices.  However, they are not an accurate reflection of an individual's criminal record.  An applicant who has committed a crime in one district may be able to obtain a clean Character Certificate from that district or another.  Given the inaccuracy of these certificates, they are not required for consular processing."

Kindly visit the following link and select Pakistan and under general document read police, court and prison record.
