IV Form DS-260 Question

Hi,

I am filling out the IV application form for my Immigrant visa application as an over 21 child of U.S Citizen and there are couple of question on the form that I need clarification on and wondering if anyone can help me.

1. There is a question on the form that asks "Have you ever been refused U.S visa, been refused admission or withdrawn your application for admission?" For this question, is there a time period for how old of a visa refusal we need to list or no time limit. I was refused a visa over 11 years ago, before I list that, I wanted to make sure that there is no time limit for how far back of a time period is it asking for.

2. There is a question about immunization that asks, "Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccination in accordance to U.S Law?" I am applying from Pakistan and we do not have same standard/requirements of vaccinations and there are no instructions on NVC documents to have the vaccinations done according to U.S Law before the interview. How should we address this question?

Thank you.

1) No

2) You need proof that you had vaccines. if you had vaccines you doctor that gave you the vaccines can provide a letter. if you dont than get the vaccines from doctor and they will give you a letter

Re#1: "ever" means "ever", not within last 10 years etc.

Re#2: Answer is "yes" as you will have to undergo medical by designated doctors anyways. People often answer this question incorrectly "No" adding explanation that they will have it done later, while it should be answered "Yes".
