Oath Ceremony De-Scheduled Again or Not?: Help me understand, please!

I received an email notification that my NJ oath ceremony had been scheduled on the first week of July and when I went to look under the 'Documents' tab, it said they had de-scheduled the ceremony and no future date set. But my online status still says 'Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled', they sent me interview notice through physical mail and when I called the Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283, I get a message saying my interview notice is in the mail. What do I do now? Totally confused, since this is the SECOND time, my ceremony ran into a problem: the first was during the interview day itself, when my same day oath ceremony in NJ had to be cancelled because they had a problem with printing my naturalization certification.

I thin dates matter here. Have you checked the date on the de-scheduled message in the documents tab? Maybe it's only the formal cancellation from your pre-covid oath. USCIS is doing funny things sometimes. What's the date on the new oath schedule letter?

Are you in Newark? I would probably just go there on the scheduled date, if you have a physical letter from Newark Office. I have received letters from them that they didn't upload to my account so they seem to be unreliable when it comes to that.

The 'De-scheduling' notice is dated the same day as my 'Scheduled' notification which came first: this was for my July 8 ceremony, not the pre-COVID one. Actually, they never really uploaded the 'Scheduled' document, I only see it as a status update.  Only the 'De-Scheduled' document has been uploaded. And yes, this is for the Newark office.
