I submitted DS260 form and I made a mistake which is in the issued date of my passport it’s issued in March/20/2017 but I put March/03/2017 is there any problem with that or not ?

Regarding my DS260 form I put by mistake the day of issuing date for my passport wrongly which is March/20/2017 but I put March/03/2017 is there any problem? Thanks

Tell the CO and have them fix it. It may or may not cause a delay in the event of background checks.

I would not expect any serious consequences (like a misrep bar). Just be sure to raise the issue to them. They see date issues all the time.

I think that it’s not a big deal or it will not be a problem because the passport is valid and the passport number is correct

Are you a permanent resident of a country/region other than your country/region of origin(Nationality)?

I reside in UAE on a Resident Visa which is always renewed after 3years.

PP 10014 was recently extended till the end of 2020: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/04/27/2020-09068/suspension-of-entry-of-immigrants-who-present-a-risk-to-the-united-states-labor-market-during-the The embassy can't issue that category while PP 10014 is in force.

Issued means issued.   Your Visa hasn't yet been issued.

Yes if you not have a visa and are outside US, you cannot enter in your category.
